Roger Polk
Roger Polk, Our original founder & enterprise Shephard, is a Christian, Self Taught left handed Musician, Grandfather & Marine Veteran, from a small town in the midwest. His father died when he was 2, so his humorous mother raised 5 kids on social security. “When you don't have much, you learn to be humble, take care of things, and the people around you that will like you for who you are and not what you have.“
He has developed a musical ministry that has brought joy to many over 20 years & the music he covers with his style, music he creates and shares freely, has provoked many good thoughts & actions from his audiences.
Being a happy, confident, responsible, accountable man that has inspired many through his calm, humorous, spiritual demeanor, he engages all comers honestly with a good heart and open mind, prudently.
Honesty, Sincerity & Trust are the basis for strong lasting relationships that are often worth way more & more important than fame or money.
Earth is a school to learn to love, serve, grow & prepare for our eternal existence.

Nikki Snyman
Nikki Snyman has been a lifelong lover of horses and was blessed to grow up in rural Colorado where she rode and owned horses (and other animals) most of her life, which led to her wanting to help reverse animal abuse/neglect through her efforts at the HOW Ranch and everywhere possible through awareness & education efforts.
She is involved with the development of our Animal Program which will enlighten, about Ozone Treatments, Hippotherapy, childrens riding and therapy programs and Natural Healing properties of being/interacting with animals, and the latest methods to accomplish her/our mission, with a love, hugs & a smile that involves the entire community.
Like the other Directors she has been part of our battle of Good v Evil, Q movement and a Gematria DeCoder, learning about God's language and the plan to save the world.
Horses are being euthanized for convenience, sent to Mexico for slaughter, and turned loose on public and/or private lands to fend for themselves. Nikki’s goal is to spread awareness on this subject and heal/save these majestic animals.
Claudine Cuccio/Falcone
Claudine Cuccio/Falcone is first and foremost, a daughter of God and lifelong New Jersey Girl surrounded by her loving family.
She is the baby girl of her family with 3 older brothers, proud, blessed Mother of two beautiful children Joseph and beautiful daughter Gianna. She has been all about spreading love, helping to bring Joy & Smiles to the faces of others, her whole life, which she finds to be more rewarding than anything else.
She had an administrative career with a major manufacturing company that was cut short by the illegal COVID nonsense and is now the office manager at HOW Ranch, Ltd. She wanted to be the “Official Hugger” at the Ranch but she can only share that title with the other directors & staff.

Heather Zoellner
Heather Zoellner, a founder of HOW RANCH, from Her earliest memories, she has been on a path of wanting peace in the house & on Earth, and shouting Jesus from the rooftops!
Heather is a mother of two AMAZING young women, Zoe & Stevie, a horse named Jaxson, four dogs (Charly, Milo, Carter & Jax), and a bunch of grand doggies (WidowMae, Maui, Ashton, & Maverick) :)
She has owned, “Here’s What I Will Do, LLC”, a Healing Ranch in Arizona, Her heart’s desires for HELPING OUR WORLD (HOW), is to help create, and/or foster, Physical, Mental & Spiritual Well Being in our guests, staff and all with whom she reaches. Those States of Wellbeing, are absolutely necessary for, PEACE & CONTENTMENT IN US and ON EARTH.
She is here, fostering those states of well being for everyone’s heart, still working on ALL THE THINGS they are led TO DO by God Almighty Maker of Heaven & Earth. One cant achieve PEACE & CONTENTMENT IN THEMSELVES and ON EARTH, if they themselves don't have Physical, Mental & Spiritual Well Being.
